The Integrated Domestic Abuse Service Plymouth (IDASP)
Supporting People Affected by Domestic Abuse in Plymouth
The Integrated Domestic Abuse Service Plymouth (IDASP) is a collaborative partnership between Bridge Outcomes Partnerships, First Light, Ahimsa, and Barnardo's, bringing together specialist expertise to deliver a seamless domestic abuse support service and dedicated behaviour-change programme across Plymouth.
Launched in April 2026, IDASP provides a more connected, compassionate and effective response to domestic abuse, ensuring people can access the right support at the right time and helping individuals and families achieve greater safety, stability and recovery.
The Safe Accommodation Support Service Plymouth, delivered by BCHA and Trevi since 1st July 2026, provides safe places to stay and specialist support for people experiencing domestic abuse.
Together, these services provide a joined-up response to domestic abuse across Plymouth. Whether someone needs support in the community, a safe place to stay, or help to rebuild their life, they can access the support they need through a coordinated network of specialist providers.

First Light provides confidential, trauma‑informed support for anyone experiencing domestic abuse.

Behaviour‑Change
Programmes
Ahimsa provides intensive, one-to-one behaviour change work with people posing a high risk and high frequency of harm.
Ahimsa's Behaviour Change workers work closely with Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs).
Safe Accommodation Support
BCHA and Trevi are delivering the Safe Accommodation Support Service Plymouth.
The service includes safe accommodation and domestic abuse support for survivors and families
